ƒStop: Pictures by designers for designers
Back in the early 1990s, FSI FontShop International brought the world FontFonts to make typefaces by designers available to other designers. The collection quickly became known for its typefaces both mainstream and not-so-mainstream, and is now the world’s largest library of new typeface designs.
When FSI recently invited the many designers in its network to submit images, the response was quite overwhelming. Thousands of images—of the very non-cliché variety the company had hoped to gather—arrived at its doorstep.
The result is ƒStop: the first collection of royalty-free pictures by designers for designers, organized as personal collections rather than by contrived themes. |
